Illusionator ships hard goods using your choice of UPS™, FedEx^® or (for smaller items) USPS^®, at your choice of shipping speed.  We are also open to using other shipping carriers (for example, for international shipments).  We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We charge you the actual shipping and insurance cost that the carrier charges us.  There are no additional handling fees.  As noted in the product descriptions, shipping and insurance fees are in addition to the price of the product.  We will contact you prior to shipment to confirm the shipping and insurance cost, and arrange for that payment, using your credit card or other means.

We normally ship all packages insured.  If you don't require insurance, or have your own private insurance, please send us a fax to that effect, and we will omit insurance from the shipment.

Once we ship, we contact you with the shipper's tracking number.  Please contact us if you have any questions about your order, before or after it ships.  We are dedicated to ensuring you are a happy customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Construction plans are delivered to you electronically as a PDF file, usually within 24 hours of your order.  They are not shipped to you as hard goods.
